1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HTHR platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
HTHR provides an autonomous workforce platform capable of handling inbound reception, outbound sales calls, and personalized email outreach. The service includes features for AI agent training via document upload, call diagnostics, and CRM integration.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of HTHR complies with all local, state, and federal laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Use: You may not use HTHR to engage in illegal harassment, deceptive marketing, or the unauthorized distribution of spam.
4. AI Content & Accuracy
Nature of AI: You acknowledge that HTHR generates content based on user-provided training documents and Large Language Models.
Review of Output: While HTHR provides “Accuracy” diagnostics, users are encouraged to utilize “Approval Mode” to review drafts. HTHR is not liable for “hallucinations” or incorrect information provided by the AI agent during live interactions.
Use at Your Own Risk: You assume all responsibility for any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or automated decision-making outputs.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content, including text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated content, is owned by Hthr LLC.
Restrictions: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of Website material is strictly prohibited.
6. Data & Third-Party Integrations
Ownership: You retain all rights to the training documents and data you upload to the platform.
Integrations: Use of the platform requires connecting to third-party services like Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, or Salesforce. You grant HTHR the necessary permissions to interact with these APIs to perform the services requested.
7. Payments & Cancellations
Subscriptions: Fees are billed based on the plan selected (Inbound, Outbound, or Enterprise).
Refunds: (Add your specific policy here, e.g., “All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.”)
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HTHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.
9. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.
